Support for HUDlite discontinued

Support for HUDlite on CE has been discontinued. HUDpro is still supported on Fonality paid platforms. HUDlite will no longer be updated but will continue to be available and work with trixbox 2.6 branch. HUDlite does not work with trixbox 2.8 and above.
